Digital Fulfilment System
A food retailer with a direct to consumer website had an outdated and labour intensive warehouse fulfilment process. The order picking, packing and shipping was not streamlined and had the potential to be subject to human error.
New Black scoped and developed a custom API which integrated the e-commerce website to the warehouse. Reducing the warehouse workload and also ensuring that all data was accurate, secure and and compliant.
